'71 Chevy C10 with no heat

My husband has a '71 C10 with no heat. He changed the radiator (it leaked) - changed the thermostat, heater core, water pump, flushed it - everything he could think of......heater still won't work. Is there anything he might not be thinking of to check?

Is the heat not working or the fans?

An air lock is often the problem when the heater fails to produce heat. It is necessary to "burp" the cooling system to get the last of the air out of it.

Maybe heater hoses hooked up wrong.
Post a pic of the engine bay.

Re: '71 Chevy C10 with no heat

If the heater core was replaced the collection of a mouse nest should have been found. Don't these have a hot air flapper door? Maybe the door, cable, or control is broken not allowing the hot air flapper to open.

Thanks for all your replies - it turned out to be the only hose he didn't check. No mouse nests.....it's driven everyday (almost) no chance for any nest to be built.
