Heater problems-

Are we missing some parts here?, do not know how this should be.. ?? any help

You are missing the thermal temp coil/resistor. Any of the truck places have it. Check Part number 20

Thats what we thought to.. but its on the other side of the tube, . the on thats hold down with two screws ?

And on the other c10 we have here there is no hole as this one on the picture.
and there are no holes for the screws to hold anything?

My truck has the same thing. I think it's just an air outlet for the passenger.

Yes it is just to allow some warm air to the passenger other than what is directed to the floor.
