Heater problems-
Are we missing some parts here?, do not know how this should be.. ?? any help

You are missing the thermal temp coil/resistor. Any of the truck places have it. Check Part number 20

Thats what we thought to.. but its on the other side of the tube, . the on thats hold down with two screws ? And on the other c10 we have here there is no hole as this one on the picture. and there are no holes for the screws to hold anything? |

My truck has the same thing. I think it's just an air outlet for the passenger.

Yes it is just to allow some warm air to the passenger other than what is directed to the floor.
