I want to know more about that aluminum faceplate. Is that custom made or bought? What did you use for the turn signal thingys. It looks really nice.

thanks for the compliments. im glad you guys like the color. me and my brother did all of the body work, and then i had my uncle shoot it at his bodyshop. 68C10, i had the aluminum faceplate custom made. i first had the shape cut out, then i brought it home and measured where all the holes should be for the gauges and then gave it back to the shop so they could finish it. it was about 90 dollars. The blue turn signal lenses are from a Febreeze bottle. I didnt have anything covering it up for a long time and i got tired of it, so i started looking around the garage and saw the febreeze bottle and then next thing they were on the cluster. i kinda like the looks of it. when i turn on the signal, it lights up as a really cool purple. (the actual signal light is red). Anyways, i plan to have the truck done by christmas time. I am getting the interior upholstered in black, or a dark grey. The wood should be in by next weekend, and then all that is left is the drop (4.5/4), new rims, and engine work as well as engine bay detailing.

What did you use to finish the wood for your bed. Any details will be appreciated. Thanks.

Stare at that truck for a few minutes then close your eyes...
GREEN GREEN GREEN GREEN Green green g r e e n... gone! Cool! Normally, I'm not a fan of the aftermarket dash inserts, but there's something about that one that I like. Is that a rolled edge? Milled? How about a detail shot?

thanks for the compliments guys. the dash bezel is just a flat piece of aluminum on top of the original plastic one. I just painted the edges of the plastic one silver. I am going to be re-doing it sometime soon though cause i did a really crappy job of painting it. but anyways, i could probably get some reproductions of the bezel made. how many of you guys wuold be interesded in buying one. I will check on the price. It costed me about 90 dollars to make mine, so i will probably sell it for around 100+s&h. so tell me if you are interested in purchasing one and i can probably have them made in about 2 weeks.
