L6 straight pipe
Running a 6 in my truck with stock exhaust manifold . I'm thinking of running a straight pipe (no muffler)the full length of exhaust. looking for that raspy old school "pop-pop". Any body running this, looking for feed back...

Re: L6 straight pipe
I run a 6 in mine, but with a header and dual exhaust with turbo mufflers. It definitely has a raspy sound as the rpm's come up. Sorry, I don't have any experience with single exhaust with a straight pipe.
