Seat operation
Good Morning and Merry Christmas..
I have a 95 GMC extracab 1/2 ton....It has all the power options but I have a question about getting access to the rear....On the passenger side seat when I pull the lever on the back part of seat it folds forward and then the entire seat goes all the way forward. Great !!! On the driver side the same lever only makes the back part of seat fold forward....The entire seat doesn't move with that lever...I can move the seat forward with the electric..Is that normal or is there a latch under the seat that I'm missing or not releasing like the passenger side??? Thanks, Dave |

Re: Seat operation
My 94 operates just like yours. I think that's the way they are. I've had my drivers seat out in the past to make repairs and there is no levers.

Re: Seat operation
The power seats are like that. The manual seats slide.

Re: Seat operation
Thanks to Mike and Kim......I was hoping for a different answer but will have to live with my power seat not sliding like the passenger seat does...
Thanks again,,,Dave |
