lowered k1500 4wd ??
hello guys,
i have a 1998 gmc k1500 4wd and i was wondering how can i get it lowered like the c1500. |

Not sure how gmt400 guys do it, but the guy that deer hunts on my farm has a 2002 k1500 that he just pulled the rear lift blocks out of in conjunction I think with torsion bar adjustment up front. Lowered it 3" up front, 2" in back.

You can loosen the torsion bar bolts to lower the front. You will have to trim the bumpstops. You may need shorter shocks. You can get lowing keys if you want to go lower than the factory keys will allow.
In the rear, you will need new leaf springs or longer shackles. There aren't any blocks on GMT 400 trucks |
