WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

I'm looking to restore my 70 Blazer with an original manual throttle that it once had. I need the chrome center knob, bezel "throttle" plate, cable and accelerator arm mount bracket. Below pics pulled from old posts.

Re: WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

Also, if anyone has additional pictures showing 1970 setup, it would really be appreciated. I would think Trucks and Blazers would be the same.

Thanks
Jim

Re: WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

It was used to rev the engine to a fixed RPM for PTO's. My SPID tag has one listed, trying to get back to original.

You will also need the barrel clip (circled in Red in the second picture you posted) You can see it better in the fourth picture (about 2" from the end of the spiral cable sheath) That is what holds it secure to the firewall.

The mounting bracket in the pictures that 60case posted appears to be an add on piece.

60Case, can you post a close pic of the knob and "throttle" bezel plate. I need to see condition.

Thanks

Re: WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

60Case, thanks for the quick pics and offering the parts, it's very much appreciated. I'm not too concerned about the barrel clip but the knob appears to be a deluxe 67-68, not a 70. I wonder if I can replace it with a deluxe 70 wiper knob?.....hhhmmmmm

Re: WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

It's a 67 only deluxe knob. 68-72 deluxe knobs are the same

Re: WTB 1970 Manual Throttle Assembly

The knobs are specific to manual throttle setups only as far as I know. I've had several in the past and have 1 right now with the '67 only knob.
