I am not real good on these years. So are all of these drivers side? Were the long and short on different size trucks or could a 1/2 ton have either one depending on the size of the mirror or what? Thanks

Yes, these are all driver sides. The only year the short mirror arms were supposed to be available was 1960 but you could have got a long arm as well.
