Re: 66 c10 back up lights help needed

Just to get this started and my info could be wrong because it has been a couple years since working on mine so just some questions rather than answers.

Is there a spade on the fuse block for back up lights?

Is there a free wire for back up lights in the ribbon of wires running along the frame rail to the back?

Check the pin on the column for power with shifter in reverse and the ignition on. If it has power on it I would run a new wire to the lights in the back. The lights should have a single wire coming out of the so you need to make sure the cases have a good ground path.

Third photo post #4 top wire on right (one with NO fuse JUST above where it says B.U. LPS.) is where power comes from for BU light switch on column .... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=423593
