Lower body molding
With re cost of lower body molding kits being outrageous has anyone tried to use the self stick molding instead? I found some online that is very similar to stock look.
Just curious. Picks if so Here's what I was considering. Mark |

Re: Lower body molding
Get the old stuff and restore it. It takes a little work, but in the end it's cheaper, looks better, and you have the satisfaction of having done it yourself

Re: Lower body molding
I once owned a Toyota pickup that had that self-stick moulding. It looked OK, and it stayed stuck for the 9 years I owned the truck.

I would love to find original trim and restore it. Finding I isn't so easy though.
