Do These Two Wheel Dimensions ....

...put the tire in same position in fender well? All the measurements are the same except
one wheel has neg12mm off-set with 4" back space..the other has 0 off-set with 4.50 back space..If not, which wheel will put more tire toward the curb?

Re: Do These Two Wheel Dimensions ....

wheel drawing with -12mm off-set with 4" back space..If you move the mounting plate to 0 off-set won't that give you 4.50" back space?

The one with less backspace.

Re: Do These Two Wheel Dimensions ....

I misunderstood your question. The 4.0 backspace will put more tire to the curb.

Re: Do These Two Wheel Dimensions ....

Actually the negative offset on the smaller backspace will put the outside edge pretty close to the other. I think they will be so close you won't notice a difference.

If both had zero offset then the 4 back space would move the outer lip out, but negative offset of 12mm (a bit smaller than .5) will pull the outer lip back in.
