Class IV hitches

What brand and model number of class IV receiver hitches fit our trucks and still allow the spare to be mounted in the factory rack? Would like to see photos of your trucks with hitches and spare tire mounting visible. Thanks in advance.

Re: Class IV hitches

I have a 5,000 lb hitch on my 83 C20 and just moved the stationary bolt forward to get the spare in. I am not sure if the Class IV hitches are bigger or just made of heavier metal. My truck has exhaust pipes out the sides, and the spare tire just clears the exhaust, but it works.
