Typical Restoration page from GM

I had a scan of a friends Blazer that he sent away for the GM Vintage services restoration package you can get if your vehicle was made and sold in Canada. Tells you the following and gives you a few pages from dealer data book also and a letter from GM.

Hmm maybe not just made in Canada, as this one was made in St.Louis but sold in Canada.

Kinda cool, but thats all you get for $50?? I would expect a little more for my money. Unless your option sticker is missing they arent really telling you much.

Must be but I dont know where to get one. All those documented factory original cars must be able to be tracked somehow.

I have read that if you have a Pontiac, you can order a packet of info on your specific car, including a photograph of it taken right after it left the assembly line. Not sure what years on this, not even sure if its correct. Just something I heard. Oh, this was for the U.S.

Pontiac is the only GM division that maintained records of all their cars. You can get a copy of the sticker and build sheet.
Chevrolet USA informed me that they made too many vehicles to keep that information.
