A couple questions...SOOO CLOSE!

Well the weather has finally been bearable enough to be out working on the truck. I am down to a couple last thing before i try to fire her up. So the 350 and th350 were pulled from a 78 camaro, the charcoal canister was in the camaro but not hooked up and im wanting to since gas tank is now in the bed and the cap i ordered isnt vented (dont think). The canister has 2 small ports for vacuum, 1 labeled carb bowl but i see nowhere on carbs to hook up, 1 for pcv which is obvious and 1 to the gas tank. Any help is much appreciated...oh and on the carb i do have a vacuum line that used to go to power brake booster which is no longer used so instead of plugging it can i use this for the vacuum to the canister?

Re: A couple questions...SOOO CLOSE!

I'd ditch the smog canister all together and just vent the rear tank at the tank.

Re: A couple questions...SOOO CLOSE!

So plug the vac line that used to be for brake booster and a short piece of tube from vent line on tank and secure to frame and call it good? Need a breather filter on the end or anything?
