Minor scores at the yard today

I found some seals for my courtesy lights and a pair of wiper mounted windshield washers.
I found them on two different Blazers (they came off the rear window wiper), and I'll have to modify them a little bit to work.

Your going to like the sprayer's. They make the window much cleaner when you use them.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I installed mine today.
Not real happy with the way they squirt. They squirt straight down instead of out the ends. They will work for now but I'll keep my eye out for another set like I put on the 71.

Re: Minor scores at the yard today

I noticed that when I mocked mine up. I'm going to plug the original hole and drill one in the end, to see if that works. Maybe the hole will have to be in the corner of the squirt piece

I thought of that also but don't know what to plug the holes with.

Re: Minor scores at the yard today

Sounds like there are some variations on the direction they squirt...dependent on the year. I don't have a junk yard close by, so I attempted to see if they were available on-line...like Rock Auto. Found you have to buy the whole wiper arm.
Keep us posted Andy if you happen to narrow it down to the specific year you put on your 71. I like this mod.

Question Re: Minor scores at the yard today

Doing some searching on the net and I think these are what I have on the 71.

They are very close if they aren't. E bay listing
97-98 Buick skylark, Oldsmobile Cutlass, Achieva 98, Pontiac Grand Am 98
93 up Chevrolet Lumina, Beretta, Corsica
Another quick search on local LKQ yard has plenty of vehicles form this list. I go one day and get all of them I can find.

Made another trip to the LKQ yard today.

Got several sets of nozzles and 2 more C&T mirrors and a GM home link for the garage door.
Spray nozzles for the Ramp truck. Installed
Compass & Temp mirror Ramp truck. Mirror will go in next week after the new windshield is installed!
Home Link for the Impala SS (programed already to install)
Once I get the car back I will mount it in the dash some place.
