Re: Aftermarket Hood

There was a post not long ago of a hood soon to be released. Can't seem to find it, may have been it the vendors section.

Hey Ol Skool, I was working in your town today and those hoods don't come with the front and rear inner brace, you have to use yours.

just kidding!

This is a 4" cowl, it's not too big. Visibility is fine.

Lmc Advertised stock steel hood for $729.00. Just saw the add today. That should save me time. I have three that suck.

Re: Aftermarket Hood

I would love a honest review on these aftermarket hoods. My fear is they will be like all the other aftermarket panels. So far I've order after market fenders, bedsides and a tailgate. All of which have one flaw or another.

Re: Aftermarket Hood

i won't be able to give one for a while, but I am saving my pennies. Hopefully it has extra braces in the weak points, so it won't bend or crease. Thats a huge hood and thin metal won't cut it without extra bracing

Bringing this back to the top. Has the hood come in yet? Been 2 weeks, so I have to ask.
