Wanted

Looking for a good or at least a repairable front fender for 1968 Chevy C-10 or 1968 thru 1972 GMC, in Nebraska, Northern Kansas, Eastern Colorado or Wyo. or Western Iowa. Will also consider southern So. Dakota. Oh yea this would be the right hand side (passenger)

Might want to figure out if you need a 68 or you need a 69 through 72 for sure. 68 fender won't fit 69 thru 72 and vise / versa. It took me quite a while to figure out the difference for myself after seeing on this forum that there indeed was a difference. I read the explanations on here and finally I began to see the difference for myself - so not trying to be rude, just helpful.

My problem - very sorry to have miss spoke. Didn't read ad close enough, guess I had better start reading these with my glasses on from now on.

You might try the swap meet in Lincoln on the 5th. It's called the rocky manginelli memorial swap meet. It is at the Lancaster event center 4100 n 84th gates open at 7am. I haven't been to it before, but it looks interesting.

The 68 Chevy fender is the same as a 68 GMC but all 69-72 fenders are different than the 68 Chevy... Too bad you are not wanting a 67 fender I have one that just needs the front cup put on and I have the cup...

Re: Wanted

A 1968 thru 1972 GMC fender is same as 1968 Chevrolet, therefor I am looking for any of these for the passenger side. End of discussion.

I will check the Lincoln swap meet out on MARCH 4, thanks for that info.

Re: Wanted

For clarification the Rocky Manginelli Memorial Swap Meet is staffed by members of the Eastern Nebraska Western Iowa Car Club(ENWICC) and is always on a Sunday. Happens to be 3/5 this year. See you there.

Re: Wanted

Most people don't realize that the 68-72 GMC fenders are the same as the 68 Chevrolet. If nothing else we are keeping this thread on top and alive for pappy 2. Good luck with the hunt.

Re: Wanted

I have a 68 fender. Cup needs to be straightened out. Not cut and replaced. I can send pics to an e mail or cell
