Order of work for cab rust fix

I spent a bit of money in the past few days with Matt's Classics and GMC Paul's. I ordered the sheet metal I need and cab mounts kit. I need to fix the cab supports, drivers floor pan, and inner and outer rockers plus cab corners. I will also be patching my door bottoms at some point. My thoughts are to fix cab supports and floor pan then change cab mounts. Pull the doors and patch them. Then with the doors off do the inner and outer rockers and cab corners last. Does this make sense?

I too am wondering about the best order, I'm mainly doing inner and outer rockers, and cab corners. For you though I think floor pan then supports, but I am still up on the air about rockers or corners first.

There are some recent threads about cabs misaligned after these parts were removed if you do not properly brace the main cab in around the doors.

I have looked at the same, and viewing the amount of work involved have put things on a stand still until I understand more about the work involved.

Lots of YouTube videos. Member efabman has a three disc tutorial on how to replace cab rust. That's what I did and was very very helpful and detailed.

On mine I did A and B pillars, Kick panels, outer floor section and inner rocker, front and rear floor supports, cab corners and outer rockers. If I was to do it all over again I would just put in a whole new floor.

Thanks. I will watch some videos and get some more ideas. I think having good floor supports and new cab mounts will make sure the cab is square before doing the rockers. It's not that rusty except for outer rockers which are shot. I will take out the seat and carpets in 2 weeks and post pics as i go.
