70 c20 drum to 72 c20 disc steering linkage??s

I do know the outer tie rod is different. But the threaded end is a diff diameter too.

Will I need all steering component from a 72 c20 or will the 70 Putman and idler arm fit the 72 drag link??

As far as I know, the ball joints are different so you need the upper and lower control arms. When I did this I used the center link, pitman arm (not sure if that's needed), control arms, tie rods and of course spindles.

Or did you manage to get the 72 ball joints installed into the 70 arms? Didn't know you could, but never tried.

It looks like the idler and pitman are the same so just a different drag link and inner tie rids too. Geez.
