Apache panel/burb -what year/model?
Wondering if you could help me with the year and model of this old Apache? Spotted it while cruising around this evening. I am working on a 64 4x4 carryall but am unfarmiliar with earlier models. Thank you!

It's a 58 or 59 panel truck with aftermarket windows installed in the sheet-metal much later.
Taking a second look at it, did you Photoshop those side windows on? They look very odd in the photo. Also judging by the length of the truck it's not a half ton model.

It is a 1958 going by the hood and fender emblems.Not uncommon to see windows like that installed on a panel van of those years, everything was about function and not style in those years,
