WTB: 17.5" wheels 6 lug, 67 and 68'

WTB, 17.5"x 5 1/4 wheels, 6 lug, from 67 or 68' truck. They have - 4 1/4" back space. Can arrange FedX shipping if that helps.

Thanks,
Les

Boy Less, you aren't looking for a needle in a hay stack are you? Good luck on the wheel search. How's the truck build coming?

Re: WTB: 17.5" wheels 6 lug, 67 and 68'

Yes, but I have "hope", will find them.
Been slow this winter, getting the front brake hoses figured out. Will post soon on the brake hoses made to fit, original brass T/ brake lines, and newer caliper. Custom length too. They are working great.

How are your projects going. Did the Louisville swap meet today, and found some NOS parts, however, no needles in a hay stack.

The 17.5 needed where the same from 1961 to 1968, 6 lug and 4 1/4 back spacing.

Les

Re: WTB: 17.5" wheels 6 lug, 67 and 68'

This one looks like the 59' and earlier 17.5 wheel.
Photo of 61 to 68 below. The newer one has smaller windows, a little different shape to the area around lug nut holes, along with this area sticking out more ( because of 4 1/4" back spacing). Both versions are 5 1/4" wide.

Yes,
Thanks, they only have the early version, 1959 and older.

Another photo from Jon of the wheel needed. The 61 to 68' 17.5x5 1/4 with 6 lugs.

Thanks,
Les

Hey less, post a couple pics of the truck when you get time. I'd like to see where you are. I went to the swap meet on Saturday and didn't find anything I couldn't live without. I did see some nice parts but nothing I needed.

Was at the swap meet too on Saturday. Got NOS core support, and alu grill that is super nice for almost nothing, one small dent. Did not plan on getting them, however, price was to good.
Will post photos soon.

Sorry missed you,
Les
