AC Center vent in non-AC truck
I have a non-AC truck but it has an AC dash (truck has replacement glovebox door with no SPID. Did have a throttle solenoid but its an AC firewall (had apart to do heater core).
My thoughts were to put a T in the passenger defrost duct and run a hose to the center AC vent (and block off the other side). It also has the ball vents on the sides. I entertained running a duct to near the manual vent opening to where it would direct some of the air to the vents and you could direct to your face. Anyone done this? I cannot think I would be the only one. Thanks!
