Cab swaps anyone?

Advive on swapping cabs, pics? I have a 1970 K10 with a rusted 1972 Cab. Long story.

Re: Cab swaps anyone?

What's your questions? It is done all the time. 67-72 pretty much all the same cab with minor differences through the years but all will work.

You will need a large hump cab, but than again you can covert a small hump to a large also.

The only problem you might have is the vin plate on the cabs.

Best bet is do a search on this and all kinds of stuff should show up.

Advise or instructions? You will want to start with pretty much down to the frame, install cab, front sheet metal, and bed. Use OEM mounts. Those urethane ones are a mistake. they don't do what body mounts are meant to do...cushion between frame and body. You can leave the bed on, but I prefer nothing to work around
