Restored tilt column, $525 shipped

Completely disassembled cleaned bead blasted and painted, everything checked and lubed. Turn signal switch disassembled cleaned and lubed. New dash and firewall grommets. This is a van column so I moved the back up/neutral safety switch to the proper location, you will notice it has the proper short truck style center steering shaft, so it's a straight bolt-in.

So really the only big difference between a pickup and van column is length and the position of the safety switch?
Also, what did you use to paint the column with? Does it look nice?
I'm interested

Van differences are like you said.

I bead blasted the column to bare metal, primed with SEM etching primer and painted with Rustoleum gloss black, it looks fabulous.

Quick question. Can the short van lever be swapped for a truck lever?

Randy I apologize. I found a tilt locally that I am trying to acquire. If the deal falls through then I'll buy yours. But for now I am going to pass on yours if someone else wants it. Sorry for the confusion. I appreciate your time.

I have a set of 1972 Parchment Door panels with the arm rests and sun visors. I think shipping would be killer for you.

Re: Restored tilt column, $525 shipped

Hi Randy, I have a '68 and I am interested in the column. You said this is a bolt in to the truck, what will I have to modify to make it work? I have a new shift arm on my column right now that I can use. Is the column actually longer, or is it just the shaft that's longer on the vans?
Thanks

Sorry the column is no longer for sale, I had to use it in my crew cab build.

As of 2/15/2018 the column is again for sale.
