18x9 rim with 5" backspacing, ok to run with a 3.5" front drop?
Any help would be nice. Also the tire i am wanting to run will be about 29" tall. (255/55/18)

Lets hope we can get some feedback. I know they will definitely fit, i guess the only question would be the clearance between the tire and fender up front. I am thinking it will work.

I had put one of my 15x10 rallys up front with 5" bs with no tire an it was flush with fender lip......but you might have some rubbing on on dips etc

So mine would be an inch further in towards the engine so that would help some. Was it flush with the outer fender or where the lip rolls under on the inside?

I guess another option would be the 18x8 with 4.5" of backspacing. I am guessing that would tuck in just fine.
