2 custom 1942 1.5ton Chevy fire trucks in 1:64 scale
Here are pictures of the pair of 1942 Chevorlet 1.5ton military surplus fire trucks I built in 1:64 scale, they started out as Greenlight Diecast's 1:64 scale 1942 Dodge 1/4 ton "Srg Rock" castings and I had to rework the cab's and hoods but think they look close enough to pass.
These 2 were done up to resemble trucks aquired post war by civilian fire departments.

Yes, very nice. Is that late-50s Ford a custom built one, too?

Yes it is, it's a long way from finished though.

I like your concept with the Chevy war wagons. I mostly remember seeing them used in logging and by rural VFDs.

Re: 2 custom 1942 1.5ton Chevy fire trucks in 1:64 scale
You bet, I keep thinking I may do a couple more WW2 ex-US military rigs for my collection in 1:64 or even newer being as there is a Veitnam era 3d printed Kiazer 2.5ton in 1:64 on Shapeways that I used to build a brush rig for a guy in Michigan a few years back and a 5 ton that I am in process of making another brush rig for the same guy.
