Control arms on 1960

I'm awaiting new front end kit, which includes the tie rods, ball joints and I believe the idler arm. I've noticed that the upper right a-arm seems a bit loose, so I should probably replace it. There is some back and forth movement, with everything off, and it doesn't stay up on its own and YouTube's seem to say they should be tight and somewhat stay up I own.

I'm sure the uppers are 'fairly easy', what about the lowers with the torsion bars? Are those tricky? I haven't seen anything yet discussing this repair. Part of me is thinking, put the ball joints and the rest of the kit in, then take to alignment/axle shop and get their opinion and if need be let them do it when they align it. If it's not too bad, then I'll get them on order, do them while everything else is being replaced.

Also, it seems I can get just the bushing kit or the entire shaft kit. Is it best to pull to determine which way to go or just replace the shaft?

Is there anything to replace on the torsion bar? I haven't seen them listed, nor do I know what to look for there.
