please help ID part for inner fender 66 c10 ?
see photo of my 66 inner fender , seems to be a part missing, but i can not figure out what it is called or what it looks like, and is made of?

There's a cover that goes over the steering column, but looks like the bottom is missing from the inner fender it's only held on with small amount of metal but it bolts to that lower mount on the front tab that you see on the picture...
