Can anyone help me value this 89?

Can anyone help me put a value on this truck? It's not mine, but I'm considering it.

Looks pretty solid. It's been sitting for about 4-5 years, not currently running. Ran when parked.

L86, which I found to be a 366 ci big block, with a 5 speed manual. 2 speed real axle. Under 30,000 miles.

I think it's a 7,000 series, but not sure. GVWR is 23,000 lbs.

The truck body is made by Bristol Horse Vans. "Luxury Liner" model manufactured in 1989. 24-25' in length. Tag suggests its 25'.

Thanks for the help!

I have no idea on value but that is one cool, unique truck. Let us know if you pull the trigger.
