66 burb driveshaft angles

what are you guys running for driveshaft angles with your swaps? 5.3/4l60 in a 66 burb, factory 72 v8 stands, cpp crossmember is 1.5 inches lower at the trans mount than my factory 71 crossmember is. its putting the ujoint angle at the trans at 5 degrees(factory 2piece driveshaft with a cpp trailing arm drop crossmember). did cpp build their trans crossmember wrong? the trans mount is level with the bottom of the frame.

You could stick a spacer in under the mount to raise the back of the trans...bolt length allowing..I think 3 degrees is what most people shoot for..just make sure it matches your differential angle

CPP builds EVERYTHING wrong, Find a factory automatic crossmember!

I am thinking about using this trans crossmember but I haven't seen many people use it.
