Pretty sure the tracks are different but I think the 69-72 tracks bolt to the 73-75 seat frames

69-72 top of seat is rounded 73 up is square and driver side 72 brackets wont fit 73 up seats

PUI list the same seat foam up till '75.
I have '75 frames with PUI foam and '72 covers.

The seat track(s) were home brewed from a bench seat, so I am no help there.

The rear seat is definitely more squared off than the first generation Blazer seat.
