Brake Problems????

OK its been a great weekend being covered in brake fluid and goin to the parts store and now i'm just frustrated.
I decided my brakes were feelin a bit squishy and ended up breaking off a bleeder, that was friday night, now I have new wheel cylinders on the rear, new flex lines on the front and a brake system full of new fluid from being bled about 10 times
and my pedals worse then when i started,
I pump it about three times and then it works like it should when the trucks goin forward BUT
put er in reverse and it works fine,
all my shoes are in right, no fluid leaks, the only thing that hasn't been replaced in the brake system in the last year is the master cylinder and hard lines.
So ......... any suggestions

Just a thought,,,it could be the brakes are out of adjustment. Adjust the brakes up tight, then back off until the wheel moves with a little resistence.

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.

Did you change the flexible lines?

Had trouble with those myself.
