2 guys 1 floorjack = bed removal
You ever start a project and when you should stop because you need manpower, you come up with cool ways to do stuff? Not sure if this has been done before or if we are some kind of rocket surgeons, but we pulled my bed with 2 guys and a floor jack. and it took like 5 minutes once bolts and wiring were removed. Soooo floor jack at rear. 2 guys on front corners of bed. Lift and walk back.

A engine hoist and a 4x4 across the bed makes some light work of it too if your alone.

guy on each side of bed up front by cab corners. lift a little, then roll back on floor jack. we stopped to take pictures. it was not bad. all the weight is by tailgate and floorjack.

meh, lol. I took mine off myself. Keep working it off the back of the frame until it wants to sit on floor then muscle it upright being careful it doesn't tip all the way over.

Re: 2 guys 1 floorjack = bed removal
My dad and I are going to pull the bed off my truck tonight. I've been thinking about how I want to do it. I was planning on pulling the rear wheels off (since they are 31.5" tall) and then just grabbing the bed from the wheel wells and walking it straight off the back. I do like your approach too though.
