How to remove cab bolts

Hey guys
How do you guy remove the cab bolts that was welded to the floor at the factory. The threads on my bolts are rusted and I need to replace them.
Suggestions Needed,

70 Chevy SWB

I used a Dremel tool with one (actually 2 or 3) of the small cut off wheels on the last one I did. They are deep enough that it is really hard to get in there. I wonder if a guy could use one of the newer oscillating tools if it had a metal cutting blade on it.

I use a good ole impact gun and break the spot welds loose or snap the bolts off.
