Front bumper with license plate delete
Does a front bumper exist that has a license plate delete but still retains the 6 factory carriage bumper bolts?

Not that I know of. The smoothie is the only one I know of. I bought one of those but have decided to not use it. Police are too darned ready to pull people over for the smallest things and my state requires two tags.
