vac advance
I posted this in the engine forum also but this section gets more action.
the speed shop that did a dyno tune on my truck disconnected my vac advance and plugged the carb, why do you suppose they did that and is it okay to drive like this everyday? |

I would call them and ask. They most likely was timing the engine and forgot to hook it back up. It will not bother your engine like that but your gas mileage may suffer a bit.

the vac. advance modular may have been leaking too.
just changed mine...cost about 10.00 |
