Replacing the division bar inserts and upper glass channels?

I bought new Division Bar Inserts and Upper Glass Channels for my truck, and now it's time to put them in.
What does it take to get the old ones out?
Will I be taking the window out, or can it be done without removing all the regulator and stuff inside the door?
If I have to take it apart, I'm all ears for tips and suggestions on doing this.

See the door assembly instructions in my signature.
To do this job I would fashion a "J" hook tool to release the tabs on the inner and outer window felts, I have planned on doing this and taking a picture of it, a butter knife would work if you have a torch to heat it, the "J shape needs to be the same thickness as the rubber seal is from the window to the attachment point, you would slide this tool between the glass and the rubber to release the clips.

For the vent window run channel, you could remove the lower glass guide at the rear, push the window back, then cut out the channel run and glue it back into the vent frame.

For the rear and upper run channel, install the lower guide at the rear, then feed it down into the channel, then push it into the door frame, adjust length at the top by pushing more in or pulling more out of the rear that you fed down into the channel.

In the instructions I explain how to use the ruler portion of a combination square to find and release the window felt tabs, this can be done with the window up, they are kind of difficult to fully release since they bend in towards the glass when released, if you had a helper catch them and pull them out it would work very well, without help its not so easy.

Randy, thanks. I'm a little slow, but I got it now.
