Question Drum to Disc

OLA all how's it hang'n !

Anyway I was wondering how much work it would be to change, Jenna's burb from drums up front to disc up front? What do I need ? I guess it really dosen't matter the drums work well, but down the road I will be wanting to change out the drums ! Mabe ! I guess someone could let me know what it takes to be a member of the drums up front club !

kind of a standard swap, a lotta people are taking the entire engine cradle/crossmember section from a donor truck and swapping it in, but you can buy a conversion kit with everything new, or just get the pieces from a junkyard truck...

someone on the board who's dunnit can give you a list of everything you'll need, but it's not difficult...

I was thinking abotu getting a disc kit from gmcpaul. Seemed like the cheapest/easiest way to go.

Ive gone the other route, piece by piece, junkyards, board members, Auto parts stores. Surely could have saved time w/ kit but not $$$.

got mine off a `71 1/2 ton. i got upper and lower control arms, spindles with new pads and calipers,power steering box and pump with mounting brackets and the power booster with the master and proportion valve for $375. don`t know if i paid too much but i did`nt have to pull it and i did`nt want to swap x-members. still need the center link for the `71 suspension i think. not sure yet.
