plug wires
283 in my ad. with hei what plug wires fit the best off the shelf that aren't
20 ft long. its been a long time since I worked on old school sb so I cant remember which ones I used to use. any ideas thanks |

NONE! Those assembly pliers are pretty cheap and with a little time putting the distributor end on yourself, you can route them where you want them and they will be perfect.

A set for a 77 Corvette with a 350 comes as close to correct as you can find if you have ram horn manifolds and run the wires down the back corners and under the engine like the factory did. I had a set on my 71 GMC when I put the Hei in with stock ramhorn manifolds.
Those are designed for the front wires to run between the sidemount engine mounts and the block to hold them in place and not flop around.
