Back can molding trim install??

1970 c10
Original two tone truck but in the middle of changing colors. The aluminum trim that goes around the cab just a few inches under the back window was off when I bought the truck.
I bought new clips.
How does the trim install. Snap on or slide over the clips. Any info and tips appreciated.
Thanks. Mark

Re: Back can molding trim install??

I just put that trim on myself. What I did was put the clips on the truck first. Make sure they're all the way on and on correctly. I then put the trim in place and popped the trim on with the heal of my hand. Went on easy for me. Didn't take much.

That was my guess. Better to ask than bend up some new trim
Thanks!
Mark
