Talking Suicide door Video?

Just feeling it out, to see if there is an interest. I have a friend who could do all the video and editing for the mod. Of coarse I would still help answer ?'s on the forum as I always have, but some people are a see and do builder. I think with the pics I posted you get a general Idea. (see post) http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...threadid=73314
But a video would give a step by step, of what parts to use, bracing ect. I was thinking $10 a video. Am I shooting in the dark or is ther a demand for this video. I did a search on suicide doors and did'nt come up with anything like this. Let me know weather or not to start production.

With all the customizing that is being done to older pickups, i think that a suicide door video would be an excellent idea.

I'd buy one from you. I would even buy a step by step how-to book from you reguarding the mod. Maybe with pics and measurments etc....? I think the book might be cheaper to produce, but then you have a friend to shoot the video....Hmmm...Just a thought.

I think You could get more than 10.00 bucks a shot for a video. I paid 10.00 for the plans I bought that didn't work on our trucks. I still plan on drawing up my own plans suited for our trucks.

Maybe I will just plan on taping the whole project start to finish, and see how the production is. If I feel worthy then I can market it as a HOME BUILD SUICIDE DOORS

I would purchase two . because I would wear one out just studying it before i tackle mine. I would also buy detailed plans and drawings for the conversion too. AS long as the details were quite specific (what parts-cost - where purchased -lengths thicknesses) etc.etc. I have two cabs to practice on. I should be able to get one right he he he.
