Look at what I found at the yard today! - Part 2

I found this truck at the first yard I went to. The options list showed a tilt column, but unfortunately there was only a regular column inside. There were no parts I needed on this one.

Here's the options list. All the trim was present, but looked like it had been painted over with a brush.

Look at the custom door panels. Covered with cloth, and has what looks like 73-87 grab straps.

At the second yard is where I found something worth getting. It was in this truck.

Unfortunatley, there was nothing good in there for me, but I did find another horn button for my friend's 67. That's all I found today, but I'm going to hit another next wednesday on my day off from classes, and I'll let y'all know if there are any good parts out there.

Those seats look just like the ones that were in my '73 Challenger!!! That's the first thing that popped into my head. The only diff is that mine were vinyl, and those are cloth.
They weren't all that comfy (better than the stock bench in my truck), but they didn't do crap for lateral support (turn a corner, better hold on to something because the seats sure don't help you stay there)!!!

Yeah it was a Super Cheyenne emblem. From what I remember it seemed to be in decent shape, but I didn't look too hard at it so I could be wrong. Unfortunately, the next chance I'll get to go to that yard will be next wednesday because they aren't open on the weekends anymore, and I have classes thurs, fri, mon, and tues. I might be able to hit it friday after classes to check for you, but no promises.

Alright, I got to yards real quick yesterday after classes. The emblem was missing, I guess someone else needed it. He didn't get away with the whole thing though, I could still see two of the mounting tabs in the glovebox door!

I also checked out the 67 headlight buckets again, one was bent up a little, the other was bent up A LOT, and had a 2" crack in it. They were pretty messed up.

The seats look like Chevette seats to me too. That blue and white 69 looks too dang good to be rotting in a yard.

Yeah, the truck looked too nice to rot in the yard, but unfortunately I don't have the cash to buy the whole thing, and I'm 900 miles from home at college right now to get it (not to mention, my parents would kill me if I brought home another truck). I didn't really look too hard at the sill plates, but if I go back there again, which I probably will, I'll take a closer look.
