Above average. Completely dismantled, properly cleaned and reassembled. Pics should answer your questions, but if not, please contact. Those are raindrops; started to sprinkle when I was taking the pics. Have a couple more pics. I'll ship these CONUS for $135. They're $25 hubcaps and shipping is about $35....
