67 gmc turn signal pigtail

Does someone make a turn signal pigtail that fits a 67 gmc?

Usually they include an adapter to convert the later-model flat-stick connector to the early-model horseshoe connector. Used to come with the new T/S Sw Assm. Could be the greedy bastards want extra $$ for it now. IDK.
