I haven't got mine in yet but I bought 1/4" Luan plywood. I first sprayed the interior with 3M Body Shutz, then lined the roof with 3/4" white foam board and the sides with 2" Pink foam board. I need to get my panels cut out and installed. I have a stock '72 Suburban headliner that I am planning on using for the headliner. LockDoc
