rear brakes

Help, I took off the rear drums on my 70k20 to put on new E brake cables and found out the previous owner had removed all the E brake hardware along with the self adjusters. I went to napa and oppmans. They could not help me. It also turns out that the cables I got are to short.
Were can I find the correct brake parts?
Eaton rear drums measure 12in by 2in thats were the shoe rides.
Are there different size drums for eaton rear ends?
Are drums available?
What is the max you can cut the drum?
This brake problem is getting to me so I need help please!
Thanks Zork
