47 thriftmaster 12v fuel gauge problems
Replaced 6v with reproduction 12 v gauges. Fuel gauge stopped working. Replaced sending unit with 30 ohm. Gauge stuck on E unless I run out of gas. When I fill up it works again till it shows eight tank then sticks on empty. If I fill up then I can put about 6 gallons in it but still stuck till I run out of gas again. Checked sending unit. No obstructions..
Any help would be appreciated. |
