New 6 cyl. radiators, which one?
Has anybody bought either one of these?
https://www.carid.com/replace/radiator-mpn-rad284.html or https://www.carid.com/apdi/radiator-...8&url=78219899 The RAD284 one says it's a US made brass radiator, while the ADPI one says it's an aluminum one. Pic doesn't look like an aluminum radiator. I like these two because they look like the old Harrison, which in my truck is beginning to fall apart. Not enough stop leak in the world to save it. ![]()

ADPI also says:
"...Row: 1. Construction: Plastic Tank Aluminum..." https://www.carid.com/apdi/radiator-...8&url=78219899

Yep, and if you search Amazon for the RAD284 one, it says "Origin USA, multiple manufacturers".
For a few extra bucks, that may be the better choice. I wonder if they just put the wrong picture in on the other one?

If you can, double check with a couple of local radiator shops to see if they have access to and better pricing on the radiator you want/need - just in case they can pass along volume/distributor pricing. On the last couple of projects, I worked with a local (to me) radiator shop that was able to get me a US Radiator part number for a lot less than retail/online pricing. It might be worth it if it saves you a few bucks on a US-made radiator.

He's right. I went to a radiator shop in Covina, CA (I think) and bought a US Radiator for $3 hundred and some odd dollars. It was listed for over $600.
First time that ever happened to me in life. ![]()

Yea, check the local radiator shop. I needed on for a 65 Mustang and he had it on the shelf for $150.
