Is there a replacement panel for this?

Hey everyone,

I cannot seem to find a replacement panel for the yellow highlighted section. I have seen the lower pillar replacement piece that goes behind the rocker but I have not seen anything for above that. It does not look that bad in the picture but now that the rocker is removed and I have poked around more its a little rough. The tabs that hold the back plate that the door actually bolts to have rusted away and the back plate has dropped out. Has anyone else delt with this? I could try and make a panel but I am afraid of the door fitting properly afterwards. Obviously the none of the new panels fit perfect either though...
