Want to Buy 67-91 K20-K30

I'm not sure this goes here, but I didn't see a similar spot in the classifieds so here goes. What I want, yes I know some of those years there weren't factory K30's, I would be interested in someone's creation as well as NAPCO and such vehicles. I would like it to be as straight and as rust free as possible, I would prefer manual transmission, but I may consider converting the right truck. I would also prefer single cab in the later trucks, but would consider 3+3 trucks as well. I would prefer little to no lift, I like stock or almost stock trucks. Engine choice doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't need a ton of work, unless the truck is cheap. I'm willing to spend into the $15k range for the right truck and no more than $20k including delivery to me.
Thanks,
Jon

This guy has had this one for a while, which is surprising to me.

Yeah I actually called him the other day, I just haven't got over there to check it out and not sure how good of a deal that price is, to me it seems decent to good, but unsure.

That blue K30 looks about right for $10k. I sometimes see them for a little less but not much. I think it's fair. Those military trucks are tough but they have NO creature comforts.

Boy by the time I see that military truck posted it is already sold, oh well not real sure I want one of those anyway. I'm hopefully going to go look at that blue one, also I've had a couple PM's about trucks that I want to check out as well.

This one looks good, especially the body itself. But for 10 grand, the engine & interior could be in better shape. And the bed floor could be better, but that one is pretty easy. Spray in a bed liner and it would look great. I would try and get that price down.

Re: Want to Buy 67-91 K20-K30

Personally, I'd grab this one from Steiny before the K30 for only a hundred bucks more. But they are both nice and fairly priced (since OP asked for 67-91 ). I looked closely at the K30 - agree, priced about right for condition. You will occasionally see themfor sale in nicer condition, however, the price will be up accordingly. http://www.steinysclassic4x4.com/092.html

Re: Want to Buy 67-91 K20-K30

Jocko,
When I go to his place I plan on looking at all the GM trucks he has for sure. Yes I did give a pretty broad year range, but I figured that might actually make it easier.
Thanks for looking out.
Jon

Have fun - I'd love to go there but would probably walk out with empty pockets though. Or drive out, I mean.

Sorry, slightly off topic, but after browsing that site, that 1969 F100 is screaming out to me I think because of it's nostalgia coolness!
